Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event date. Requests made less than 48 hours before the event will not be honored.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@showdownfighting.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled by Showdown Fighting Series, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically.

Postponement

If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be available if you cannot attend the new date.
